Meet the Chef
Chef Sarah Stribling is an entrepreneurial and passionate food industry professional with over 20 years of experience encompassing a wide breadth of food categories and channels. Stribling graduated from University of Arkansas with her B.S. in Food Science, and later her Culinary Arts A.A.S. from College of DuPage Chicagoland. She’s been working in kitchens, labs, and manufacturing across the US, leading teams for Fortune 500 companies including Cargill, Unilever, Kellogg, and Tyson to drive projects from idea to market launch. She was formerly head Chef, Director of R&D, and Board Member at Greyston Bakery in Yonkers, NY, a non-profit bakery that creates jobs and reduces barriers for employment baking brownies for ice creameries such as Ben & Jerry’s. Over the last decade, she’s ran a cottage bakery, Salty Butter NWA, and donated her time to the Culinary Institute of America’s Culinary Science Program and Brightwater Center for Study of Food. She currently is with Walmart International Sourcing, supporting the Sam’s Club Bakery, bringing delicious items with the best value to their Members.
